First, raw materials: aluminum plate 1.8-3.0mm
Structural form: It is made of two printed aluminum plates after lamination, rolling and inflation.
Third, the heat exchange method and performance: the refrigerant is directly exchanged through the aluminum plate, which meets: frozen -18 ℃, refrigerated 2-4 ℃
Fourth, coating quality standards
1. Coating thickness: flat dusting 40-90um;
2. Impact resistance of coating: 50kg / cm without cracking and falling off;
3. Coating hardness: ≥2H
4. Adhesion: Reached the first standard (cross-cut method)
5. Gloss: ≥86%

7. Corrosion resistance: HG / T2006-91, GB / T1771-91, powder coating for 400h without rust
